Description
A four part carbon fibre kit for the F80 M3: front splitter, side skirts, rear diffuser and boot spoiler, in the V4 profile.
This is real woven carbon rather than a printed or wrapped finish, which is why it costs several times what a moulded plastic kit costs. The weave is visible under the lacquer and no two panels are identical.
Carbon behaves differently to plastic on the road. A stone chip in a plastic splitter is cosmetic. A chip through the lacquer on carbon lets water into the weave, so it wants attention rather than being left. The lacquer is also UV sensitive over years, and a car kept outside will dull before one kept in a garage.
Several style versions of this kit exist. This is the V4. Talk to us if you want a different profile and we will price it.
F80 M3 only. The F82 coupe and F83 convertible use different panels and are not covered.
Installation
This kit is ordered in for you, so allow up to three weeks for delivery.
Professional installation strongly recommended. Carbon parts are supplied lacquered and finished, and a slipped drill or a clamp mark does not polish out the way it might on plastic.
Returns are only possible while the parts are unfitted. Once a part has been offered up and fixed, it is yours. Check every panel against the car before anything is drilled or bonded.
