Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Body-Styling-Ireland supplies products and services through this website.

1. Scope of Work

Body Styling Ireland provides the supply of aftermarket vehicle styling parts and installation services. All work is carried out based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time. Prices may be subject to change where additional work is required, the vehicle condition differs from what was described, or additional parts or modifications are necessary.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment for parts is required prior to ordering. Installation fees must be paid as agreed prior to or upon completion of work unless otherwise stated.

4. Opportunity to Rectify

In the event of any issue arising from supplied products or installation work, Body Styling Ireland must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify the matter before any third-party work is undertaken. Failure to allow this may affect any claim or liability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Where liability is established, it is limited to the reasonable cost of repairing the specific issue identified. Body Styling Ireland shall not be liable for full vehicle resprays, replacement of entire panels or parts, indirect or consequential losses, or loss of use or inconvenience unless such action is strictly necessary and proportionate to the original issue.

6. Customer Responsibility for Vehicle Specification

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle, including model and trim, year of manufacture, and any modifications such as tow bars or aftermarket parts. Body Styling Ireland is not responsible for incompatibility issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information.

7. Parts Compatibility & Fitment

Aftermarket parts may require minor adjustment or variation during installation. Perfect alignment or factory-level finish cannot always be guaranteed due to manufacturer tolerances, vehicle age and condition, and previous repairs or modifications.

8. Post-Installation Condition

Body Styling Ireland is not responsible for any damage occurring after completion of work, including road use damage, impact with objects, animals, or debris, wear and tear, environmental factors, or third-party interference or repair.

9. Acceptance of Work

Upon completion of installation and handover, the customer is deemed to have accepted the condition of the vehicle unless an issue is raised at that time.

10. Timeframe for Raising Issues

Any concerns must be raised within a reasonable timeframe following completion of work. Body Styling Ireland reserves the right to decline claims where there has been a delay in reporting or the condition of the vehicle has changed.

11. Manufacturer Defects

All products are supplied by third-party manufacturers. Body Styling Ireland is not responsible for manufacturing defects but will assist the customer in liaising with the supplier where appropriate.

12. Customer-Supplied Parts

Where parts are supplied by the customer, Body Styling Ireland accepts no responsibility for compatibility issues, fitment issues, product defects, or failure after installation.

13. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to supplier policies. Where a return is accepted, refunds will reflect the amount received from the supplier and deductions such as restocking fees or partial refunds may apply.

14. Installation Risks

The customer acknowledges that modification and installation of aftermarket parts carries inherent risks, including minor cosmetic damage, variations in fit, and interaction with existing components. All reasonable care will be taken during installation.

15. Vehicle Condition

Work is carried out based on the visible and known condition of the vehicle. Body Styling Ireland is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues that become apparent during or after installation.

16. Goodwill & Discretion

Any work, repair, discount, or gesture provided outside of contractual obligations is made at the sole discretion of Body Styling Ireland and does not constitute an admission of liability.

17. Cancellation & Delays

Body Styling Ireland reserves the right to reschedule or delay work where necessary due to supplier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.

18. Force Majeure

Body Styling Ireland shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions or understandings.

Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order or booking a fitment service.
